Terms of Service
These are the terms for Nebba, the voice companion app and the nebba.ai website, run by Liam Drake ("we", "us"). By using Nebba you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nebba.
What Nebba is
Nebba is entertainment: five fictional voice companions you talk to out loud, plus scripted role-play scenes. Nebba is not medical advice, not therapy and not a substitute for professional care. The characters are not licensed professionals. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service or crisis line.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. By using Nebba you confirm you are.
Subscriptions and billing
Nebba Pro on the web is a paid subscription billed through RevenueCat and its payment provider. The price and billing period are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us, and cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current period. Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple under Apple's terms instead.
Refunds
Web subscription payments are refundable where the law requires it. For anything else, email hello@nebba.ai and we will look at it case by case, reasonably.
Fair use
- Don't use Nebba to harass, threaten or defame real people, or to break any law.
- Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
- Don't share your account or creator credentials.
- Free allowances and Pro usage limits exist to keep the service affordable; we may enforce them technically.
Your content
What you say in a session is yours. Scenes you script are yours; you give us the licence needed to run them through the service. How voice and transcripts are handled is in the privacy policy.
Our content
The characters, scripts, design and code of Nebba are ours. You may not copy or reuse them outside the service without written permission.
Creators and referral earnings
If you are in the creator program, its written terms (rates, referral shares, payout timing) sit alongside these and win where they conflict. Referral stats shown in the studio are informational until paid out.
Service changes
Nebba is young software. We may change, pause or discontinue features, characters or pricing. If we discontinue a paid service you keep what you paid for through the end of your billing period or get a pro-rata refund.
Liability
Nebba is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
