Creator Program
These are the written terms for the Nebba creator program, run by Liam Drake ("we", "us"). They sit alongside the Terms of Service and win where the two conflict. Questions before you start: hello@nebba.ai. We would rather explain than surprise you.
Founding creators
The program opens with 20 founding spots. Founding creators keep the rates on this page for as long as they are in the program, even if later cohorts join on different terms. Spots close when they are filled.
What you get
- Your scripts, written for you: 10 skits for your niche and audience on day one, and 3 new ones every Monday, in your studio.
- The Nebba viral playbook: the formats, hooks and numbers behind creators who have hit millions of views making content with apps like ours.
- A weekly coaching call with the founders: your videos reviewed, what is working, what to post next.
- Nebba Pro, free while you are posting: every companion, role-play mode, no daily limit. A video in the last 30 days keeps it on.
- A studio login at nebba.ai/studio to script scenes, test them and film.
- Your own App Store link and referral link (nebba.ai/c/yourname), and a live earnings dashboard.
- Featured: we repost your best videos on Nebba's own TikTok and Instagram with credit, and list you on this page.
What we pay
Referral earnings
Anyone who subscribes to Nebba through your link is yours. You earn 50% of everything they pay in their first month, then 20% of everything they pay for the following 12 months. It is tracked automatically through your link and shown in your dashboard.
Founding bonus
$500, paid once, when subscribers who came through your link have paid $1,000 in total. It counts subscription revenue only, not view bonuses.
View bonuses, per video
- 100,000 views: $50
- 250,000 views: $75
- 500,000 views: $150
- 1,000,000 views: $400
Bonuses stack. A video that reaches 1,000,000 views earns all four, $675 in total, and every video earns its own ladder. A video keeps earning as it crosses thresholds after posting; we check the view count against the platform before paying each one.
First video
$35, one time, paid within 24 hours of your first video going live. No view threshold. This one is paid straight away and does not wait for the $100 minimum below.
Monthly leaderboard
$250 to the best-performing Nebba video of the month, one winner, judged on the platform's view count 14 days after posting.
Minimum payout: $100
Your earnings, view bonuses, referral share and bonuses, build up in your studio dashboard as a running balance. We pay out once your balance reaches $100. Payouts go out monthly, by the method we agree when you join (PayPal or bank transfer). A balance under $100 is never lost; it carries over until it clears the minimum.
What counts as a video
There is no minimum number of videos. You decide how often you post; the bonuses and the referral link simply work harder the more you make.
- Your own original content, posted on your own account, and it stays public.
- You genuinely use Nebba in it: the iOS app, or nebba.ai in any browser.
- It is clearly labelled as a paid partnership (your platform's paid-partnership tag, or #ad), as advertising rules require.
- The views are real. Bought views, bots or engagement pods void that video's bonuses.
No exclusivity
There are no exclusivity requirements. You are free to work with any other brand, including other apps and technology companies. The only ask is that a Nebba video is about Nebba.
Ground rules
- Nebba is for adults (18+). Keep your Nebba content for an adult audience too.
- Describe Nebba truthfully: it is entertainment and companionship, not therapy or medical advice.
- Don't use it to target or harass real people, and nothing that would break a platform's rules or the law.
Your content, our use of it
Your videos are yours. By joining you give us a non-exclusive licence to repost, feature and reference them, on nebba.ai, in our own social channels and in ads, always with credit to you. We will never edit your words to change their meaning. The licence lasts while you are in the program: if you leave, we stop using your videos in new ads and take them out of rotation, and we take down anything already posted on our own channels on request.
Tracking and disputes
Your dashboard at nebba.ai/studio/earnings is live from day one and shows signups through your link, active subscribers, revenue generated, what you have earned and what is owed to you (link clicks are on the list). View counts are checked against the platform. Numbers there are informational until paid. If something looks wrong, email us the video link and we will check it against the platform.
Leaving
Either of us can end the arrangement at any time with an email. You are still paid whatever you have earned once it clears the $100 minimum, and referral earnings from subscribers you already brought in continue for the rest of their 12 months. Free Pro access ends when the program does, or after 30 days without a video.
